| My Story | Callie is an approximately two-year-old calico female with a loving, people-oriented personality. She was rescued from an outdoor situation in West Philadelphia where things weren’t safe. There was a wildlife attack that killed two of the cats she lived with, (which as you would imagine was extremely traumatic.)
Despite this, Callie is still trusting. She loves being near her person and will curl up next to you, purring loudly. If she can’t find you, she’ll call out until she does. She enjoys being pet (she will let you know when she needs a break.)
Callie is currently being fostered in a home with older children and is especially close with the 11-year-old who lives there. She coexists well with other cats with a proper introduction. Dogs are still scary for her right now.
Callie has been fully vetted, and is ready for her forever home!
