| My Story | JOSHUA & TESSA may be tiny, but their rescue story starts with a finish-line kind of triumph. These two sweet kittens were found outside the Dick’s Sporting Goods in King of Prussia, huddled together and trying their best to be brave in a very big world. A kind shopper spotted them, scooped them up, and brought them to safety—setting them on the path to the loving indoor life they deserve. Because they were discovered during Broad Street Marathon weekend, they're named after this year’s champions—Joshua and Tessa—a perfect fit for two little fighters with big hearts and even bigger determination. Joshua's a sweet and gentle soul, with a very laid back attitude. He's playful but would rather be looking out a window. He's still very timid around people, yet loves to be brushed and petted, rolling over for belly scratches. His fur is super soft and his markings make him adorable - big white feet and the koala nose. Once he settles, he's a great cuddler. He does love to hang out with and wrestle with his roommate, Tessa. Both are incredibly gentle kitties, just still a little shy about people.
